Gift Card Policy
- General Use
Level Up Kayak School e-gift cards may be redeemed toward any service we offer, including private lessons, group lessons, guided trips, swiftwater rescue courses, and custom coaching sessions. - Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. - No Expiration
Level Up Kayak School e-gift cards never expire and carry no maintenance or inactivity fees. - Delivery
Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is accurate. - Lost or Stolen Cards
Level Up Kayak School is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misdelivered gift cards. Treat gift cards like cash — they cannot be replaced if lost. - Non-Transferable Value
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. They may not be resold or used for unauthorized promotional purposes. - Partial Balance Use
If the cost of a service exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the recipient may pay the difference using any accepted payment method. - Fraud & Abuse
Level Up Kayak School reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
